Shipping Information
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Shipping is included in the UK price of all original art. All orders are wrapped and packed securely to prevent the artwork being damaged in delivery. Items sent within the UK are sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or a specialist courier, depending on size. Original art deliveries will be insured and will need to be signed for on arrival.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES
Original artwork sent internationally will be sent via a secure delivery service. International Shipping costs vary greatly depending on your location. Please contact me before placing an order and I can find out costs, delivery dates and the best service to use.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
If you are outside the UK, you may be charged taxes and duties when your parcel arrives in the country. This is your responsibility to pay. Customs policies vary widely and I would advise you contact your local customs office to find out more.
DELIVERY TIMES
This will vary depending on your location. For UK deliveries please allow up to 2 weeks and for International deliveries, up to 3 weeks.
REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your artwork you can return it within 14 days of delivery, undamaged, for a full refund (minus any shipping costs). Artwork must be sent back by tracked delivery in its original packaging or packaged securely. Unfortunately commissioned pieces cannot be returned.
